做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
