做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
