做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
