做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
