做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
