做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
