做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
