做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
