做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
