做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
