做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
