做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
