做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
