做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
