做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
