做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
