做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
