做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
