做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
