做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
