做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
