做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
