做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
