做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
