做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
