做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
