做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
