做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
