做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
