做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
