做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
