做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
