做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
