做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
