做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
