做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
