做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
