做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
