做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
