做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
