做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
