做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
