做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
