做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
