做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
