做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
