做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
