做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
