做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
