做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
